This role involves providing high-quality nursing care and support to a teen age male with cerebral palsy and compromised immune system, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As an LVN in this position, you will play a key role in delivering personalized care, managing medical needs, and supporting families by offering relief to primary caregivers. Your expertise will help create a nurturing environment where clients feel valued and cared for at all times.
Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and feeding to promote independence and dignity.
