- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Support the development and implementation of resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day
What You'll Need
Current LPN license in Washington State or (or NLC eligible) Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings Ready for a Better Nursing Experience?
