Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Include
Monitor, plan and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility under direction of a Registered Nurse. Ensures continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs and support staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Serves as resident advocate with focus on the facilitys mission.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications/
Requirements
Current/valid Florida LPN license/registration. Previous experience in long term care and Point Click Care (PCC) preferred. Must be in good physical and mental health. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Effectively communicate with others.
Salary: $28.00 per hour.
