About this role

The Nurse Specialty Care Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care, care coordination, health promotion, health education and coaching on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management in an outpatient surgical clinic setting. Collaborates in development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Demonstrates leadership in managing complex specialty care for outpatients, including urology and podiatry. Provides constructive feedback to peers and supports professional development of healthcare professionals. Evaluates outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practice changes. Work schedule is Monday - Friday.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • RN License - full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
  • Background check
  • Pass drug screening
  • Selective Service Registration required for males born after 12/31/1959
  • Must pass pre-employment physical evaluation
