About this role

AccessNurse-TeamHealth is the premier medical call center, delivering 24/7 telephone nurse triage, answering services and health information services to hospitals, physician offices, and insurance plans across the country. Telephone Triage RNs use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the lifespan and determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone. Responsibilities include assessing symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms, delivering and documenting health education, assisting in getting patients to the appropriate level of care, and consulting with physicians as needed.
