From day one, you'll work from home using advanced evidence-based clinical decision tools to help patients get the right level of care at the right time. As a Telephone Triage RN, you'll use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the lifespan & determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone. You will: Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms, Deliver & document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms when indicated, Assist in getting patients to the appropriate level of care (e.g. home care, an office visit, emergency room), Consult with physicians as needed.
