We are hiring an Weekends Licensed Practical Nurse for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Mechanicsburg, PA area.

What You’ll Do

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life Provide after-hours support by conducting ongoing patient assessments focused on comfort, symptom management, and changes in condition, escalating clinical concerns to the RN as appropriate Educate and support patients and caregivers during evenings, nights, and weekends by reinforcing end-of-life care plans, symptom relief strategies, and what to expect throughout the hospice journey Ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation Work independently, but never alone Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Weekends LPN Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state you work Two years of LPN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
