The Unit Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of resident care within the facility. The Unit Manager will be responsible for coordinating nursing activities, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements

RN License
Experience working with individuals requiring tube feeding
Managed Registered Nurses (RNs)
Skilled nursing facility experience
Long term care experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a skilled nursing facility is preferred
Strong skills in lifting residents safely and effectively
Knowledge of IV insertion techniques and tube feeding practices
