We are seeking a caring, organized, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at our Reading, MA location. What You'll Do Support patients through telephone triage, education on treatment plans, medications, injections, and procedures, and pre and post operative follow up. Coordinate diagnostic testing and treatment schedules for patients beginning fertility treatment cycles, and communicate with patients by phone and Patient Portal in collaboration with physicians. Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR, and coordinate care with satellite offices and outside laboratories. Lead patient orientation and injection teaching sessions, and train to serve as the Reviewing RN for daily cycle monitoring. Provide PACU recovery care following egg retrievals and other office based procedures, including assessment, monitoring, discharge teaching, and documentation. Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and the broader clinical team to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care. What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification required. Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred; experience in women's health, OB/GYN, fertility, ambulatory care, PACU, or procedural nursing preferred but not required. Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast paced clinical environment. Schedule This position works 32 to 40 hours per week on a day shift, typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Every other weekend is required (Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), with scheduled weekdays off in exchange when working a weekend. Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred
  • Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, fertility, ambulatory care, PACU, or procedural nursing preferred but not required
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records
