Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating resident care plans, managing geriatric conditions, supervising LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides, administering medications and treatments, overseeing medication and supply management, documenting care using electronic charting, and communicating resident status changes. Full-time, night shift position (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
