The Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. You’ll support field nurses, complete supervisory visits, and assist with care planning, insurance authorizations, and new admissions.

Conduct supervisory home visits and support field staff
Complete and update Plan of Care documentation
Submit insurance authorizations and recertifications
Assist with onboarding and admissions of new pediatric patients
Maintain communication with families, nurses, and office team
Ensure compliance with state and agency policies

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
At least 1 year of supervisory experience perfered
