In this role, you will join our team of professionals to become an important part of our residents’ lives. You will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying scheduled

Shift Available

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time) Night 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience

  • Shift Differential: $3 / hour from 7pm to 7am.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

  • Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
  • Document services performed on computerized charting system.
  • Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
  • Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

  • Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
