What You'll Do
You will assist the Clinical Manager in providing clinical leadership for all nursing services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include: Assist in providing clinical oversight for all nursing services. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts and federal home care regulations.
Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI). Maintain survey readiness at all times. Oversee clinical documentation and care planning.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures. Coach and mentor nurses through education and clinical support.
Lead competency validation and ongoing staff development. Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager and Executive Leadership. Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Work Model: In-Person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Work-From-Home available once a week. This can be a hybrid role and may require homecare visits, and/or on-the-road training as needed.
