We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK.   • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide primary and acute care services to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
  • Perform necessary procedures such as suturing and IV insertion as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Utilize telehealth technologies to enhance patient access to care.

*Qualifications*

  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care settings.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Experience with pediatric patients is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of telehealth practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
