Requirements
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- RN License
- Temporary practice permit must obtain RN licensure within one year as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
- Graduate Nurse eligible if within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing
- Proof of current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license at time of appointment
