Deliver personalized dialysis therapies across both hemodialysis and peritoneal modalities to ensure safe, comfortable, and clinically sound treatment sessions. Champion each patient’s overall journey by actively monitoring vitals, adjusting care plans in real time, and keeping the multidisciplinary care team aligned on clinical progress. Lead dynamic patient advocacy by interpreting physician orders into actionable, compassionate bedside interventions tailored to each individual's comfort and tolerance. Prepare patients and families for life beyond the unit by guiding comprehensive education, self-care training, and coordinated discharge planning to minimize hospital readmissions.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
