About this role
Progressive Care Center, a skilled nursing facility committed to top-notch resident-centered care in a therapeutic environment conducive to a high quality of life, is seeking an RN Unit Manager. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: serving as lead nurse on the unit and providing RN oversight, supervision, and support for LPNs on the floor; welcoming new residents and making sure they receive a smooth transition from the hospital; checking/entering physician orders for accuracy and completeness on admits; serving as on-duty RN in the absence of the DON.
