A Hospital client based out of Massachusetts has a REMOTE CONTRACT opportunity for a Case Manager, RN, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist. The Case Manager, RN, CDS is responsible for reviewing medical records to facilitate the accurate representation of the severity of illness by improving the quality of the physicians' clinical documentation.
