Details

This position will work Saturday and Sunday in 8- or 12-hour shifts making needs-based visits to our patients in the community.

As a Weekend LPN, you will complete patient visits as needed. Applicants must have great clinical and communication skills. The Weekend LPN is responsible for answering calls from patients, families and customers. Visits occur in patient homes including private residences, assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities. This LPN position must also be passionate about hospice care and be a great advocate for both hospice services and Brighton Hospice.
