Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. The Manager, Wound Care RN is responsible for all assigned nursing care activities to include but not limited to wound care for patients of all ages and other clinical activities associated with providing safe patient care. Responsible for following all WHC policies and procedures, care protocols and Diversified Clinical Services Practice Guidelines. Assists with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Assesses quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.

Requirements
- RN licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred (applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education)

- Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, email)
- Business mathematical skills
- Complex communication skills
