About this role
Access TLC is currently seeking dedicated and caring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Home Health team for visits in the San Fernando Valley. The field RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.
Access TLC is an accredited hospice and home health agency who provides unparalleled quality of service that allows patients to have a better quality of life. We have been serving Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties for over 22 years.
Requirements include
- California RN License
- A minimum of one year's prior professionals nursing experience
- California Driver's License
- CPR Certification
- Bilingual Preferred
Position is Per Diem - Visits will be grouped together in local coverage area.
Per visit rates ranging from $70-$140 depending on the visit type.
Hourly time for all orientation and meetings (Case conference, Staff/QM/PAC meetings, Inservices - $45 per hour
