What You'll Do

- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to private clients in their homes
- Perform nursing assessments, vital signs monitoring, and clinical observations
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions per care plan
- Support clients through post-surgical recovery, chronic disease management, and hospice care
- Document all visits accurately and communicate clinical changes to the Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with the client's physician, hospice team, and care partners
- Educate clients and families on care, medications, and home safety
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license — required
- Current BLS/CPR certification — required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and aligned with Beacon's values
