BrightStar Care is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a medically complex patient in the Bronx. This long-term assignment offers consistent weekend opportunities and the support of an experienced clinical team.

How You'll Make a Difference

Deliver skilled nursing care in the patient's home
Perform oral and nasotracheal suctioning
Monitor the patient's condition and promptly report changes
Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice
Observe and respond to seizure activity
Assist with safe patient transfers using a Hoyer Lift
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with caregivers and the clinical team
