Provide innovative care as a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner with Kadlec Regional Medical Center's fast-paced Urology team in the community of Richland, Washington. Join 3 Urologists and 3 APCs in this Urology practice. Responsibilities of this role include emergency dept call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic. Join a dedicated, collegial team while enjoying a balanced schedule in sunny southeast Washington.

  • $30k starting bonus for experienced provider and $15k for new graduate
  • Monday to Friday schedule; 36 patient facing hours
  • Robotics assisted technology
  • Urology and OR experience preferred
  • Includes rotating clinic, inpatient, ED, and first assist
  • Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • Expert professional student debt advice at no charge
  • Compensation is between $138,712 and $184,404 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
