  • Starts at $28.00 per hour DOE

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct resident care and supervision of residents’ needs based on their individualized service/care plan. You will monitor residents for changes in condition and signs/symptoms of illness, in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as the policies of the Community. In partnership with the Health Services Director, you will communicate and document changes or concerns regarding residents and assist in supervising the care team.

The successful candidate for this position will have

A passion for seniors and enhancing their quality of life A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; a Compact license or the ability to obtain one is encouraged. An unencumbered LPN license is required. Minimum of at least one year of successful experience as a LPN in assisted living or long-term care Experience administering medication and treatment plans per doctor's orders and community policies Knowledge of state regulations pertaining to resident care and understanding the importance of being state survey ready, every day.

Have experience working as a mandatory reporter and can immediately intervene, report, and investigate all suspected or alleged verbal, physical, sexual abuse, or theft from a resident. Have a current driver’s license.
