- California State Registered Nurse (unrestricted licensure)
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NIH Stroke Scale (within 90 days of hire)
- 2 years of experience in critical care environment (ER, ICU) in a large tertiary care facility
- LA County EMS Reference No. 414: Specialty Care Transport Provider compliance
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a critical care area within the previous 24 months
