We're hiring an Aesthetic Nurse / Laser Technician for our Coconut Grove location.
What you'll do
Read the full posting
- Perform laser and energy-based treatments including laser hair removal, laser facials, and RF microneedling
- Conduct consultations, assess skin type and candidacy, and build treatment plans that get clients to their goals
- Deliver a consistently high-end client experience from consult through aftercare
- Maintain accurate charting, consents, and photo documentation in our practice management system
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and device maintenance procedures
- Stay current on new devices and techniques — we invest in ongoing training for our staff
What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- Hands-on laser experience (required)
- 2+ years in aesthetics or medspa
- Confident, warm chairside manner — you can educate a client without being pushy
- Detail-oriented with strong charting habits
- Reliable, team-first, and comfortable in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
