New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, 24-hour help line and mobile response team, and outpatient programs conveniently located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. As a Registered Nurse Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Observes and assesses client's course of treatment while in residence
- Provides general direction and oversight to RSTs on assigned shift
- Administers physician ordered medications to clients; ensures and accepts responsibility for security of medication at all times
- Administers written documentation for services rendered performed in accordance with the Agency's standards for service documentation in the client's medical record
