Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and treatments

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with procedures such as wound care, wound VAC, Intravenous medications, medications administration.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including family planning, toddler care, special needs, etc.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
