- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Florida
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Florida
- Minimum of two (2) years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous MDS experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of RAI/MDS regulations and reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Professional, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care
