About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LVN Staff Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will:
Provide skilled nursing care to our residents
Lead and support CNAs on your unit
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team
Ensure quality, compliance, and compassionate care delivery
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have
Active RN or LVN license (Texas)
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork mindset
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
Experience in LTC/SNF preferred – but not required
