Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN or APRN
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Conduct and document resident assessments, as needed
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Implement and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
