Summary Of Role The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, focusing on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. They facilitate care coordination using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education via direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered, whole-person care.
