About this role
We are Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation Nursing Center, conveniently located in Brewster, WA. We specialize in skilled nursing and long-term care services. We treat each of our residents with individualized compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.
As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.:

You will
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

- Possess a current LPN license in good standing
