Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Med-Surg Unit

As a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Med/Surg unit, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for patients with cardiac and complex medical needs. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families throughout the continuum. You will monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and adjust care plans as needed. You will apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives. You will promote a culture of safety, administer medications, treatments, and therapies, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
