About this role
The Registered Nurse implements, directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care for participants enrolled in the Institute on Aging PACE program. This role participates in participant health assessments, develops comprehensive nursing treatment plans, coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, and provides nursing services in participants' homes and at the Day Health Center. Required: Current California Registered Nurse license, at least two years of nursing experience at the Registered Nurse level.
Preferred: Public Health Nurse Certificate, experience in public health nursing, acute care nursing, or working with older adults, computer literacy, fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Chinese.
