About this role
CNA Skilled Nursing PRN. Provide assistance and direction to residents with personal care needs and activities of daily living. Assist residents with activities of daily living; notify Wellness Manager of any changes in resident needs or abilities. Follow all applicable Legacy community, state and federal rules and regulations. Answer resident calls for assistance. Takes and records resident vital signs. Assists with toileting of residents/patients. Assist residents to and from the dining room and activities. Serves and monitors residents during dining. Assists residents with light daily housekeeping and trash removal. Assist Lifestyles Coordinator with carrying out activities for residents.
