Responsibilities
Overview
As an Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN), you'll oversee resident care, support your caregiving team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to CNA's, CMT's, and other direct care staff.
Direct nursing care provided to all residents in accordance with State and Federal Regulation and administrative policies.
Monitor and maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observation and care/treatment provided in nursing notes.
Maintain communication between nursing personnel.
Perform CMT duties as needed.

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Flexible Hours
Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week
Position
Requirements
A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.
At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Reliable transportation is required.
