Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Scottsdale, AZ).

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday. Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding home health opportunity where you can truly make a difference? Join BrightStar Care, a trusted home care provider with over 20 years of experience and locations nationwide. Our RNs provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We serve individuals of all ages, though most of our clients are seniors. This role offers meaningful work, consistency, and the opportunity to build strong patient relationships. Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 care in the patient's home. Implement treatment and plan of care. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes. Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols.
