Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care in a caring environment. Key Responsibilities Follow physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure high standards of care. Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV) as prescribed. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies. Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments. Perform scheduled treatments, document accurately, and maintain infection control standards. Support research on nursing care quality and assist with patient records, assessments, and scheduling physicals. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN from an accredited nursing school with current, valid North Carolina license. Committed to providing compassionate, quality care with a focus on geriatric patients. CPR certification, with ongoing training and staff participation. Ability to supervise staff, work collaboratively, and make critical nursing decisions. Dependable, flexible, with patience and tact in interactions. Additional requirements include background checks, drug-free workplace adherence, and ongoing professional development.
