6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation & Incentives

Registered Nurse (RN)

$32.00 – $34.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$28.00 – $30.00/hour

Additional Incentives

Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Complete required documentation accurately and timely Promote a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Make a Difference at Hillview
