Registered Nurse

Excelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a Registered Nurse who will provide high quality clinical care and support to residents in our skilled nursing facility. The RN will assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, person centered care. This role is essential in maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting positive outcomes, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active RN license in the state
• Experience in long term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and resident focused mindset
