- Georgia RN license
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain), with clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, primary care, or similar settings. Demonstrated triage and assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate symptoms, determine acuity, and follow evidence-based telephone and in-person triage protocols. Proficiency with electronic health records, documentation standards, and basic computer skills needed for scheduling, messaging, and managing test results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear patient education, active listening, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Solid knowledge of routine clinical procedures such as vital sign collection, medication administration per practice policies, and support for office-based exams and minor procedures. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage a fast-paced clinic environment, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure. Commitment to patient-centered care, maintaining confidentiality, and following all regulatory, safety, and infection-control guidelines. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications in obstetric or women’s health nursing are beneficial.
