Job Summary I am starting a home care agency and would like for you to join our dynamic healthcare team as an Administrative Nurse, where you will play a vital role in bridging clinical expertise with administrative excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee medical documentation, manage electronic health records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You will support patient care operations by coordinating clinical activities, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining accurate medical records—all while fostering a compliant, efficient, and compassionate environment. Your leadership will help elevate the quality of care delivered in a long-term care or hospital setting, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. Duties • Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation with precision and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical workflows to optimize patient care delivery in accordance with hospital or long-term care facility standards • Oversee medical records management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates aligned with healthcare regulations • Assist in training staff on the use of EMR/EHR systems and ensure adherence to data security protocols • Ensure all nursing activities comply with state healthcare regulations and long-term care facility standards • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, resource allocation, and regulatory reporting to streamline operations Qualifications • 2 years nursing experience • Proven experience in hospital or long-term care settings with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology • Demonstrated nursing leadership or management experience with the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EMR/EHR management systems for documentation and data analysis • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, healthcare compliance standards, and long-term care regulations • Familiarity with acute care procedures and medical documentation practices within regulated environments • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical records management and regulatory reporting • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory adherence • All nurses encourage to apply Join us if you’re passionate about combining clinical expertise with administrative leadership to improve patient outcomes!
