Selected candidates will become part of our emergency staffing pool and may be deployed to hospitals, shelters, evacuation centers, special needs shelters, nursing facilities, government agencies, and other emergency response locations throughout the State of Florida when activated. Available Positions & Inclusive Hourly Rates * *Medical Doctor (MD/DO): $80.00/hour* * *Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN): $70.00/hour* * *Registered Nurse (RN): $55.00/hour* * *Respiratory Therapist (RT): $50.00/hour* * *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40.00/hour* * *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $28.00/hour* _Rates listed are inclusive hourly rates and may vary depending on assignment, funding source, agency contracts, and emergency activation._ Responsibilities * Provide high-quality patient care during emergency and disaster response operations. * Deliver compassionate, professional care under rapidly changing conditions. * Follow emergency management protocols and facility policies. * Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. * Demonstrate flexibility and readiness for emergency deployment. * Maintain professionalism while serving vulnerable populations affected by disasters.
