Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes
