- Proven experience in hospital medicine, critical care (ICU/Level I & II trauma centers), emergency medicine, or post-acute care settings
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth
- Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, medication administration, aseptic technique, and laboratory specimen processing
- Experience working with specialized populations such as individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care patients, or those requiring hospice & palliative medicine services
- Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and infection control standards
- Critical care experience including ventilator management and acute pain management
- Additional skills in cardiology procedures like cardiac catheterization or telemetry monitoring
