We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with IV experience to join our infusion clinic. *Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- IV placement for Administration of medications and injections accurately following physician orders and under direct supervision of our nurse.
- Assist with specimen collection when needed.
- Collaborate and work under the direction our director or nursing.

*Requirements*
- Valid LVN license in good standing with current state licensing requirements. IV Experience is a must.
- Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to perform complex patient assessments involving vital signs, intake/output monitoring, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and sterile procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client interaction across diverse populations.
- Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), sterile processing techniques or first aid are advantageous.
