About this role

The RN Clinical Educator/Staff Development is responsible for providing clinical expertise, delivering web-based and onsite product, education, and clinical courses with a focus on the adult learning, simulation methodology, educational tools and technology. The clinical educator/staff development assists with the growth and development through project management, product education, initiatives, and product delivery. The educator will function as an educational expert within the division to ensure initiatives are pedagogically sound.

They assist other departments within the facility as an internal clinical and educational expert and provides active participation in the overall growth and development of the division. Focus is on delivery of the facility training courses and clinical content development. Strong nursing home experience in various roles is required.
