- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with families, school staff, and healthcare providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards
- Provide health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and coordinate care as needed
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license
- Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and school personnel
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
